* Makefile.am (rpmspec): Remove.
(rpm): Additionally depend on dejagnu.spec.
($(PKGDIR)/dejagnu): New target that installs DejaGnu into this
directory. This saves duplicated code in the solpkg and hpdepot
targets.
(solpkg): Depend on $(PKGDIR)/dejagnu.
(hpdepot): Likewise.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
