Ignore non-P-state-enabled CPUs when calculating frequency.
This fixes bogus reported CPU frequencies (actually, uninitialized values from i965_core) when i965 monitoring is used. Signed-off-by: Ivan Shapovalov <intelfx100@gmail.com>
