* aarch64-linux-nat.c: Replace PIDGET with ptid_get_pid.
Replace TIDGET with ptid_get_lwp.
Replace GET_LWP with ptid_get_lwp.
* aix-thread.c (BUILD_THREAD, BUILD_LWP): Remove.
