android glbenchmark25: download benchmark app apk file too
Since the comment setUp function is not called in
the glbenchmark25's setUp function, the app apk file
won't be downloaded.
This change is to fix that problem.
Also add the call of self.set_performance_governor()
which is called in the super setUp function
