automated: kselftest: kselftest.sh: just continue
If we pass an empty string to flag -S '' we ended up trying to wget
http-skipfile.yaml that doesn't exists.
If I only pass this in the job yaml file:
parameters:
KSELFTEST_PATH: /opt/kselftests/default-in-kernel/
The solution were to add a test if string length is zero then just continue.
