LTP: Fixed path problem on Ubuntu
On Ubuntu LTP gets installed in the LAVA test execution directory.
For this reason the ltpfixup.sh wasn't working correctly so far.
It had the /opt/ltp path hardcoded. This patch fixes the issue.
