lt-qcom-linux-integration: Use generic arch testimage for all boards
* Use a generic arm64 testimage (lt-qcom-linux-test-images) instead
of have one per board.
* Remove build of initramfs-bootrr-image in lt-qcom-openembedded-sumo.
