android: lcr: hikey{960}: reduce triggers
This is to further reduce wait time and increase performance in Jenkins
CI by reducing the number of builds triggered, as the aosp builder
(server) is getting clogged up by the amount of builds it has to do
currently.
LCR hikey* derived builds (auto, car)
Remove all triggers already tested in the main (plain vanilla p and
master) LCR builds.
