- horizon-theme-linaro is a new image with Linaro Developer Cloud theme
- uses LDCG python cache

How to build:

Add those options:

--template-override ./Linaro-overlay/linaro-override.j2 
--docker-dir ./Linaro-overlay/docker/

and build images
