A lava-test-shell job to deploy an Ubuntu cloud image to a mustang in
LAVA.

LAVA has mustang boards in its farm but no way to deploy to the hard
drive.  This repo contains a lava-test-shell job which you can run
when booted into an NFS root to splat an ubuntu cloud image onto
/dev/sda which you can then boot by overriding the boot commands.

job.yaml is an example such job (which needs to be submitted with my
'sj' wrapper from https://github.com/mwhudson/sj or from the Linaro
fork https://git.linaro.org/leg/openstack/sj.git).
