linaro unified ste restrict spi to u8500 archlinaro-unified-tracking
Without this or setting default n, STM_MSP_SPI is configured for
other platforms that don't build the AMBA pieces it needs by default
(eg, Panda). Proper fix is probably make the AMBA requirement explicit
and default n.
