hip04: serdes: fix build error due to macro __DATE__HEADintegration-hilt-working-v3.14
When gcc update to 4.9, some new feature were introduced, like the -Wdate-time
option, it has been added for the C, C++ and Fortran compilers, which warns when
the __DATE__, __TIME__ or __TIMESTAMP__ macros are used.
The kernel with '-Werror=date-time' option, so the build error is occured. We drop
the unused MCSS_PrintkBuildTime() to fix build error.
BTW, if use the latest UEFi, the serdes driver in kernel could be abandoned.
