linaro/configs: preempt-rt: Disable debug macros to boost network performancesamsung-lt-lng-v3.8.13-3
The debug macros affect the network performance adversely.
With the debug macros enabled, netperf reports an average performance
figure in the range of 3300 (10^6bits/sec). With the debug macros
disabled, the performance goes up to an average of 7200 (10^6bits/sec).
