juno: add systemd.log_target=null to kernel commandline
systemd hijacks the kernel debug commandline arg and fills dmesg with
lots of irrelevant information.
Addding systemd.log_target=null tells systemd not to use the dmesg log
for it's junk output.
While I was at it, I added rootwait to the commandline.
