[CostModel][X86] Add funnel shift rotation special case costs
When we repeat the 2 shifting operands then this is a bit rotation - annoyingly this has to be done in the other getIntrinsicInstrCost than most intrinsics as we need to check the operands are the same. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@346688 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
