Changes: Fix right-to-left alignment, wrong clipping and single-line wrapping.

Details: The clipping "worked" already before, but it relied on a specific implementation of adjustTextOffset(), which is dangerous. This has been fixed so that the clipping also works in cases where adjustTextOffset() does not fulfill those assertions. The right-to-left alignment code had been fixed for some corner cases like when no horizontal alignment has been specified at all. When no wrapping is defined, also the character QChar::LineSeparator must be replaced by a space to stay backward compatible.
