swr/rast: Permute work for simd16
Fix slow permutes in PA tri lists under SIMD16 emulation on AVX Added missing permute (interlane, immediate) to SIMDLIB Reviewed-by: Bruce Cherniak <bruce.cherniak@intel.com>
