Silicon/AMD/Styx: merge ACPI table drivers
ACPI table support on Seattle is split into two parts for no good
reason: AcpiPlatformDxe and AmdStyxAcpiLib. Let's merge them
together, and clean up the code that iterates over the tables and
installs them.
