(hash_odr_name, types_same_for_odr, types_odr_comparable, odr_name_hasher::equal, odr_subtypes_equivalent_p): Drop use of main_odr_variant. (add_type_duplicate): Silence confused warnings on integer types. (get_odr_type): Always look for main variant.
