bsp: u-boot-fio-imx: allow recipe to use configs from u-boot-fio
Allow recipe to share the same config fragments as used by u-boot-fio,
as they should be similar if not the same.
Once we find the need to differ the config fragments per fork we can
move then to an u-boot-fio-imx specific folder.
