Add support for Renesas RZ/N1 platform
Add support for RZ/N1 platform from Renasas (PLATFORM=rzn1):
- Cortex-A7 based dual core processor.
This platform supports TrustZone based IO register access control, so
add corresponding OEM service based implementation.
