Subject: Revert "coresight: adding basic support for Vexpress TC2"

This reverts commit 0bec8d82bd112f6aa0e16cab5d840bd7f5d3a7ce

Booting with UEFI fails when the original patch is applied.  Booting via
Boot Monitor works as expected, however, the recommended boot method for
TC2 is via UEFI.
