Merge tag 'v3.12-rc2' into linaro-android-3.12
Merged android/3.10 branch w/ Linux 3.12-rc2 Lots and lots of conflicts. Reverted most of the android bluetooth changes. Also EVIOCGSUSPENDBLOCK/EVIOCSSUSPENDBLOCK have new ioctl numbers, due to a collision with EVIOCREVOKE which may cause some problems with existing userland.
