arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404: Add USB devices and PHYs
Add the two HS USB PHYs and the SS USB PHY found in the QCS404 platform
and enable these in the EVB.
QCS404 sports HS and SS USB controllers based on dwc3 block. Add these
node and dummy phy for now which would be replaced by phy drivers
