ArmPlatformPkg: Rename gEmbeddedTokenSpaceGuid.PcdEmbeddedFd* into gArmTokenSpaceGuid.PcdNormalFd*
This renaming is for matching the namespace with the secure firmware
gArmTokenSpaceGuid.PcdSecureFdBaseAddress/Size.
